Description Pi Puzzle
"Two things are infinite, the universe and the number Pi.
But I'm not quite sure about the universe."
(Albert Einstein - at least approximately)
We don't know how many decimal places of the circle constant large supercomputers will still calculate. However, you'll find about 75,000 of the first ones on this puzzle, which will keep you busy for roughly 15-20 hours - perfect for a rainy, boring weekend when you don't feel like going outside :)
If it takes too long for you, it might be worth writing a small helper program. We gladly accept ideas for this and would also post them online if they are useful :) But first, try it the conventional way and see how many decimal places you can memorize along the way :)
