Description Meffert's Pyraminx
In the 1970s, Uwe Mèffert crafted some mechanical puzzles for his own amusement. When the Rubik's Cube became a sensation, he also had his ideas produced. A complete success!
The Pyraminx is one of his brilliant ideas and is incredibly fun, except when it drives you to despair because it can't be solved right away ;). As with the Rubik's Cube, there are algorithms for the Pyraminx to solve it and match the colors on each side.
By the way, coming up with your own solutions for this type of puzzle is one of the best ways to improve logical skills and understand mathematics. For example, it has been determined that a maximum of 11 moves are necessary to solve the Pyraminx. How many do you need? ;)
